Whether you are new to Pilates or the Mat or are looking for a refresher, this class focuses on breathing, body awareness, and core activation in a fun flow of fundamental exercises to build strength, stability and balance. This complements other movement practices and daily living. Ideal for all bodies and levels.

In this mindful environment, you’ll explore your movement patterns, discovering how to move more efficiently and safely. Our goal is to empower you to improve not only during class but also in your daily life, making thoughtful choices about how you move.
Through this class, you’ll increase your flexibility and balance while learning to integrate breathing and mindfulness into all your activities. The principles you gain here are transferable and will enrich your practice in other Pilates classes as well.
